Dexter womens wide width shoes are typically a D width. Dexter mens standard width shoes are also a D width so that could match up. However this shoe is showing to be a closeout which means we cannot do returns or exchanges on this shoe. The only hesitation I have in recommending this shoe is that I could not be 100% sure if you would need to request a mens 6 or 6.5 because a mens shoe is usually 1.5-2 sizes different on the length. If you see another mens shoe that is not on closeout you may could consider a non-closeout option so you could return if the size was not a match.
