Motiv Forge Ember
The Motiv Forge Ember is a performance ball with a hybrid coverstock that offers more friction than Motiv's previous hybrids. This ball offers more power in the oil without giving up motion down the lane. This allows the ball to be utilized longer during competition. The combination of the Detonator core and Infusion MXC Hybrid Reactive coverstock provides control, traction, and strength on high volumes of oil while creating a unique shape.

Forge Ember
This Forge Ember is AWESOME. Easily the strongest, earliest hybrid I’ve ever thrown. The detonator core is proving to be one of those special cores that no matter what cover you put around it, this core just rolls really well.
I find most use for this ball on higher volumes, fresh and shorter patterns, and also on longer flatter patterns. This ball truly digs through the oil HARD, but still shapes enough down lane to go through the pins the right way when you have to start opening up your angles slightly. This ball WINS

Strong Benchmark
The Forge Ember combines all of the best qualities of balls like the Forge Flare and Revolt Uprising, with all of the best qualities from balls like the VIP Affliction, Iron Forge, and Forge Fire. This creates a ball that read the midlane better than the Affliction, Iron, and Fire, but retains more energy and continues through the pins significantly better than the Flare and Uprising. The Forge Ember is an extremely versatile shape that fits in a bag as a Strong Benchmark that can be thrown on nearly any pattern!

Does not Disappoint
Let me start off in saying the Forge line is my favorite of all time. The Ember gives me the OG red Forge vibes. Super Heavy up front but not nearly as forward as the OG red Forge. Compared to Motiv’s current lineup I have the Ember earlier than the Trident Odyssey with a more continuous motion but cannot handle the volume like the Legacy can. This ball will excel when a player needs a ball to blend out the pattern and needing to give away the pocket but will have a max out point when moving left due to how heavy the ball rolls. All in all, a great addition to the Forge lineup.

Forge Ember
The Forge Ember is the newest ball in our Forge line. A new hybrid from Motiv Bowling. Bowlers will find this ball stronger in the oil. With it being strong you still won’t lose the down lane motion that it provides. With that combination it gives you the ability to use the Forge Ember for longer spurts of time.
The Forge Ember has the very popular Detonator core. The Detonator core is a strong continuous low RG with high diff core. The low RG gives you control while the high diff gives you strength.

Answer:
Hi Colin B! The hybrid coverstock Motiv Forge Ember works wells for bowlers with a low speed and low revs. The polished finish will help with the lower speed to make sure the ball gets down the lane before hooking on medium to heavy oil lane conditions.
