Custom Drilling is a very unique service, and we are glad that we are able to extend this service to our customers. There are several things that we would like to make sure you are aware of when choosing to have Bowling.com drill your bowling ball.

Please allows 12-16 days from the time the order is placed, and your specs are received before shipment of your order (Any items on the order will wait to ship with the bowling ball).

We suggest that your are 100% confident in being able to fill out the drilling spec sheet because we can guarantee we will drill the bowling ball 100% accurately, according to the specs given. We cannot guarantee the ball reaction or the fit of the specs given.

If you are NOT 100% confident in filling out the spec sheet we suggest you visit your local pro shop, so that they can assist you in fitting and drilling. Here is a link to a pro shop locator - http://www.bowling.com/service/find-a-pro-shop.aspx

Bowling balls purchased with drilling are not eligible for returns, unless there is a manufacturer defect in the bowling ball.

Please be aware that there will be a minimal amount of bevel on the thumb hole.
