Brunswick's interchangeable slide soles can be used with Brunswick shoes that have interchangeable sole technology. These slide soles are oversized and can be cut to fit the size needed for the shoe it is being applied to. Brunswick has numbered their slide soles from #2 to #10 to indicate the amount of slide the sole provides. The #2 provides the least amount of slide on the approach while the #10 provides the most amount of slide.

In the Brunswick slides, the numbers indicate how much slide is offered. The higher the number, the more the pad lets you slide. So a slide 8 will slide more than a slide 6 but it does not slide as much a a slide 10.
