Customer Questions & Answers | Reviews
Question:
how much to have the ball drilled?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
We offer Basic Drilling for $14.95 on this ball or you may check with your local proshop for their drilling pricing.
Question:
Is the large hole drill the size of the brunswick L on alley balls
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
I am not sure if the measurements would be exactly the same but you may click the "?" out beside the drilling option on our website and it will open a size chart. You could measure the holes and the span of the alley ball and compare this to the measurements we have to see which is the closest match.
Question:
What type of core does it have?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
In the 12-16lb weights this has a bullet core and in the lower weights it is a pancake core. This ball is designed to go straight though so the weight block does not really give this any performance.
Question:
Is there any higher performance balls at 8lb or is plastic our only choice?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Brunswick Twist is the only reactive resin bowling ball that goes down into 8lbs. All other performance balls start at 10lbs or heavier.
Question:
This ball is for my grandson that is 7yrs old. How do you determine the size of the holes?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
To see a size chart you may click the "?" beside the drilling option. It will show the measurements for the span (distance between the fingers and thumb hole) and the finger hole size ( width or diameter of the hole ).
Question:
Is this a hook ball or straight
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Hi Bobo, this is a plastic/spare ball with a straight reaction.
Question:
How do i get it drilled for my hand.
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Hello! We offer a Basic Drilling option where you may select your preset size or you could have it drilled locally.
Question:
What is drilling protection?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Hi Steve! Drilling Protection covers the replacement of your bowling ball when it's drilled by a pro shop, in which case <a href="bowling.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">bowling.com</a> will replace your ball free of charge!
Question:
Is there any returns?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
All returned products must be in perfectly new, unused, and undrilled condition. We ask that you complete a short Return RMA form on our site before sending back your item. Here is a link to this page: <a href="https://www.bowling.com">https://www.bowling.com</a>/service/returns/
