If your shoes are interchangeable, then there should be velcro on the bottom of your shoes. This sole will be applied by using the velcro.

The most common heel that comes with most shoes would be an H5 heel. However, if you need more slide you may want to pair the S8 with an H7 heel and if you need more brake then you could try a H2. I hope this helps.

If you get the standard size which fits up to a size 10.5 then you could still use it. When you trim the sole and fit it to your shoe you want to make sure the front edge is covered and if you leave any velcro exposed you can leave some exposed toward the middle of the shoe.

The soles are sold individually and we do not currently have a multi pack option at this time. However, there are some shoe models and sizes that this sole may not work with. The Dexlite model actually has a longer slide so it would need the oversizes S8 sole.
