Good Quality
I've had these for 4 years & they've held up great until I increased my monthly tournaments to several a month. Otherwise I only participated in a once a week league during the Fall/Winter. Front of Sole ripped off in the middle of Nationals.

I wish they had an interchangeable heel. This makes me so sad because I love these shoes. They would be perfect if I could change the heel and be able to slide.

Since you can't return or exchange these shoes since they're a closeout item, why are you offering the platinum protection?

The Platinum Protection is available for the first year for anything that is not covered by the warranty. So even though it is a closeout item, it still is covered by the manufacturer's warranty as well as the optional Platinum Protection.

Unfortunately it is hard to say how this shoe would fit compared to other brands. If you have other Dexters before then you could use the same size as your other Dexters but if you have not had Dexters before you may prefer to get a model that is not no closeout so you could do an exchange if the size was not the right fit.
