These shoes were great at first. Eight months into wearing them, they split at the little toe (both shoes). The material in this area is thin and weak. I realize this is not an expensive of shoes but I expected them to last a bit longer than eight months.

I have not bowled on a league in over 20 years and am thankful I can still bowl. I searched for a long time before ordering a bowling shoe. I chose Dexter brand because I was told they were a good quality shoe. I was disappointed that in less than 4 months of wearing 3x’s a week this slit appeared and I’m sure the other shoe will also do the same thing

3 of my teammates purchased these shoes - after 6 mos. wearing once a week they ALL split on the side near the toes - always buy Dexter over the years - don’t know what is wrong with these shoes - Dexter sent me a different pair of shoes (not this model) with no argument - still love Dexter shoes, but something is wrong with this particular shoe

Some shoes are designed to have universal slide soles on both feet for players that prefer this option. There are more advanced shoes that only have the slide sole on one foot and a push off traction on the other foot but those shoes will specify which hand bowler that they are good for in the title of the shoe.
