There is a nut you can loosen on the back of the support which will let you move the support left and right. Once you get the support where you need it, tighten back nut and lock it in place.

Unfortunately KR Strikeforce does not have a size chart for this support. They recommend you get your normal glove size. If you do not have a bowling glove then you can use another type of glove and this will likely get you pretty close. ( golf glove, dress glove, etc.)
