Great question! The cleats go on the sole of the sliding shoe. They allow you to adjust the amount the shoe will slide on different areas of the foot. You can mix and match them depending on how slippery you want different parts of the shoe to be. You should have received a cleated sole with your shoes that you attach the cleats to.

The Teflon slides are the most slide that 3G offers so you can take your cleated sole and add the teflon slide soles to get the best slide. Use this along with the 3G Heel Leather Orange to get the most slide from this shoe.

These cleat options are only designed to work for 3G shoes with the cleated sole that 3G offers. I would not suggest using this with a Dexter shoe because it may not stick as well as you need it to. I would only recommend Dexter soles to fit your Dexter shoe.
