Brunswick Perfect Mindset
Some might argue that the original Brunswick Mindset was the epitome of perfection – a ball that gripped onto the oil and never let go. In fact, Brunswick pro bowlers held it in high regard, making it their preferred choice for achieving substantial hooking during the tour season. Possessing the perfect mindset requires confidence, and that confidence is born from wielding the ideal bowling ball. The Brunswick Perfect Mindset is the result of combining the HK22 – Evolution Hybrid coverstock with the Mindset core, creating a concoction of confidence. Bowlers who previously found the Mindset overpowering when faced with lanes lacking sufficient oil or requiring increased length and recovery will now discover newfound assurance and enhanced success with the Perfect Mindset.

COMMENTS
The Perfect Mindset is a slightly cleaner quicker responding version of the Original Mindset. This ball is better suited for bowlers looking to play further in the oil on fresher conditions. I can also see this ball working well for bowlers with faster speeds on house shots. This is a very strong ball that needs oil but is still pretty versatile. Overall, the Perfect Mindset is a great choice for oilier conditions and more speed dominant bowlers.

perfect
The Brunswick Perfect Mindset is perfect. with HK22 hybrid cover is a great compliment and it hits better than ever. Those factors allow the ball good length down the lane before the Mindset core & HK22 get the ball moving towards the pocket. This would be a great benchmark bowling ball

Looking for a Benchmark Ball
This is the ball that you need if you are looking for a benchmark ball. This Asymmetrical Hybrid is in the top of its class. This ball works very well on a medium to heavy oil pattern. I found it to have great movement on the middle to outside lines without over-reacting. When you moved inside, it still had a solid reacting backend that kicked corner pins.

Brunswick Perfect Mindset
The Brunswick Perfect Mindset is a nice follow up to last season's very popular Mindset. This time Brunswick went with the Evolution hybrid cover that is also infused with HK22. Rather than adding a polish or compound they gave it a final sanding of 3000 to give it a bit of shine. Those factors allow the ball good length down the lane before the Mindset core & HK22 get the ball moving towards the pocket. I would consider this ball to be my asymmetric benchmark ball and first ball out the bag. Nice piece to work with.

WOW!! Great length with great backend and very predictable. I’ve only thrown a handful of games with it, but it has quickly become one of my favorites. Huge fan!

The perfect Mindset
If you were a fan of the mindset, then this ball is the perfect complement to it. If there’s not enough oil on the lanes for the mindset, this is when you throw the perfect mindset as a hybrid cover for the HK 22 meaning it easily glides through the front of the lane and giving you that strong roll to the pocket without losing energy.

Pros:
strong motion, strong core, great for oil, needs defined friction
Cons:
needs oil, can be too strong
Best Uses:
oil, tournaments, house shots
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
a perfect complement to the original
A strong ball with a big core, the Perfect mindset allows you to get more length and more backend motion than the original, even in heavier oil.

Question:
Does the 12 lb ball perform just like the 15 lb ball? I'm 80 and my 14 lb ball is feeling kind of heavy these days. I only throw it at 10-11 mph these days. I' m looking for a performance ball that I can roll at about 15 mph to generate more kinetic energy. I throw my 10 lb spare ball at 14-15 mph. I've been reading "Beyond Bowling." I want to improve my game, and I work at it. What do for suggest? I 'm just a league bowler, no tournaments. Just came back to the game recently. Average about 150. High game when everything went right was 232. Give me some good advice. Thanks!

Answer:
The 12lb ball will have a different reaction than the 15lb weight unfortunately. The weight block is adjusted as the weight goes down to a 12lb weight and it will not have as strong of a weight block in 12lbs. However, it will still have the same coverstock. With any bowling balls as you drop in weight the balls performance will change some in the different weights but also just because the ball is lighter it will not want to carry through the pins as well as a heavier ball so it will be hard to find a 12lb that acts the same as 15lbs but you would still get a good performance ball for this ball in 12lbs.
