The True Fit Guarantee would cover your exchange expenses to get the next size up or down on your shoe purchase if the first size did not fit just right. You would get a pre-paid shipping label inside the box with the first pair and the next pair would ship for free almost immediately. If you decided to return for a refund or exchange for a different item, that would not be processed under the True Fit Guarantee.
