Hello Clay! The shoes should run pretty true to size for men. I would suggest ordering a size 9.5 and then maybe purchasing the True Fit Guarantee just in case you get the shoes and they don't fit how you want them to.

The unisex model will fit wider than the women version. The unisex fits more like a D width while the women version fits like a B width. We do not have any shoes marked for narrow width but the women does fit more narrow than the unisex.

This has just a moderate slide. In fact, compared to other shoes that have a fixed sole this is rated to only give a little slide. You may want to go up to a slightly higher priced shoe to get one of the better slides.
