The soles on this shoe are designed to be able to switch to either the left shoe or right shoe so it can work for both right handed bowlers and left handed bowlers the same. You would not have to specify which hand you use because it works for both.

The regular width would be a D width. One size wider would be an E width and the EE width would technically be 2 sizes wider than a standard D width.

Any of the Dexter heels would work on this shoe but you would have to make sure you have the specific THE 9 soles to fit this shoe because of the toe clip.

This shoe is not a slip on shoe unfortunately. The BOA lacing system will need to be loosened and tightened when you are putting on and taking off the shoes.

This model says wide in the name so it would be considered an EE width. The soles on both shoes can be removed and changed to the other shoe. The soles are not curved to only fit one shoe.

If my normal shoes is UK 7.5 what size should I choose for this?

Dexter has a conversion chart on the back of their shoe box. According to Dexters conversion chart a UK 7.5 equals a womens size 10. It also shows a UK 7.5 equals a mens 9. This is the part that is hard to confirm. This shoe is a unisex and it shows a men 9 equals a womens 10.5 and a womens 10 equals a mens 8.5. So you would like be somewhere between these two sizes but I cannot say for sure which size so you may want to get the True Fit option just in case.

Is EE the only way you can get these? I ordered another pair of Dexter's in 11 1/2 and they were to big, sent back and got 11 and my hill still slips in the 11. Shoes seemed a little stiff also. Is extra wide the only way you can get Dexter's? How about another brand?
