does the eb4 have a weight block in it

In 14-16 it has the Enhanced V2 weight block. In 12-13 it has a basic performance weight block. In 10-11 it has a pancake type core so not much of a weight block in those weights.

Yes, this ball will have hook potential in medium to heavy oil. The ball will not hook on its own so you have to release the ball with spin in order for it to react and hook.
