The True Fit Guarantee is a one time fee of $3.99, we will send a pre-paid shipping label with your shoes. If your shoes do not fit and you need to exchange them for a smaller or larger size, you can use the shipping label to ship them back to us. The True Fit Guarantee will also cover our $5 reship fee that we normally have for shoe exchanges as well. Unfortunately, it does not cover a full refund. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

How do I buy this shoe in WIDE "D" WIDTH? I bought and returned a pair on Amazon that were too tight! Amazon comments section said this shoe IS AVAILABLE in WIDE size, but no way to specify WIDE when ordering!!

These will be a D width. The wide width version is an EE width. If you need a wide width version, it will say wide width in the title of the shoes.

It is hard to say how this shoe will fit compared to your other shoes. We would suggest that if you have never had a KR Strikeforce shoe before than you get the True Fit Guarantee option in case you needed to switch the shoes up or down in size.
