The packaging will be fairly small if you just order this item. We would have this listed at 1lb for shipping weight and the package could be a padded envelope instead of a box.

If you have another glove that you use or know the size glove you wear for any other kind of glove then you may try that same size. Do you have to have your thumb hole drilled bigger

It may depend on how tight your thumb hole currently is. Through the night your thumb may swell some and if the thumb hole is pretty tight you may have to bevel the thumb a little to get this to work when you wear this glove to account for the material on your thumb.
