We do not sell the top 2 ball section for this bag. You may be able to reach out directly to Storm to see if they offer to sell the top half if you just need to replace that section.

This bag is not ideal for adding a joey. The handle is wider than some of the 1, 2, or 3 ball rollers so the joey strap may not fit over the wider handle.
