Hammer Redemption Solid
Redemption is a beautiful thing and even better when we are talking about a high performance Hammer bowling ball. The Hammer Redemption Solid ball is bold in color and bold in ball motion. With the combination of the Redmeption core and the Aggression NE Solid coverstock this ball hooks like crazy and requires plenty of oil. This bowling ball utilizes DOT and is Carbon Fiber Infused! DOT allows you to drill anywhere on the ball and offers toughness to the ball. Carbon fiber is one of the toughest materials on earth. Hammer decided to add this material to the outer core of this ball for added strength and durability allowing them to offer an incredible 2 year warranty.

Question:
Is there a hook difference between the 14# and 15# ball?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Technically there would be a slight difference between the 14 and 15lb weights because the RG and RG diff are going to be slightly different as you change weights. However, the difference will be very minimal. In this exact case the 14 and 15 have the same RG Diff at .053 but the 14lb has a higher RG which means it will go slightly longer before it starts to grip and that slightly later hook will mean that it will be just slightly less over all hook. It would be hard to measure how much less because it is such a small amount but that is the only difference.

Question:
how does this ball compare to the ufo
Have an answer to this question?
Question:
Is this ball good for a high rev and slow speed player
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This ball may not be ideal for someone with a slower speed and high rev rate. You may prefer the Redemption Pearl option which will give you better length. If you have a ball that reads stronger earlier on the lane and you have a slower ball speed then the ball may hook too much too early so to help make sure your ball gets down the lane before it hooks you can go with a Pearl cover and/or a polished finish like the Redemption Pearl.

Question:
Is this similar to the statement solid?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Yes, they will be very similar. Looking at the FCC rating for each the Statement Solid had Total- 28.25, Finish- 9, Core- 9, Cover- 10.25 while the Redemption Solid has Total- 28, Finish- 9.5, Core- 8.5, Cover- 10 . So they are very very close.
