are the strikeforce plastic spare balls reliable and strong

Answer:
Yes, the bowling balls are made very similar to most other spare ball options. The only time you run into issues would be if you get a very light weight ball and have adults using them. The lighter 6 and 8lb weights are meant for kids only and then as you go up in weight the stronger the ball will be for adults to use.
