You would probably want to look at getting a plastic/spare ball. The weight really depends on how much she weighs. Usually, you would want to get a ball that is 10% of their body weight. The lightest ball that we offer is a 6 pound ball.

Does the ball come with finger holes drilled in it?

We do not have holes drilled in this bowling ball. After you received it you would have to take the ball to a local proshop and have them measure your hand to get the holes drilled.
