Roto Grip Hustle Au
In sports we are always told to hustle well now Roto Grip is providing a ball that will do just that on the lanes. The Roto Grip Hustle Au was designed to be different. This ball takes a medium RG/ low differential core and combines it with the VTC-P18 Pearl Reactive coverstock to produce a ball that increases traction while storing energy when facing light oil conditions while still offering a break on the backend.

Customer Questions & Answers | Reviews
Question:
Is this going to be similar to the new IQ coming out
Have an answer to this question?
Question:
How much hook does this have
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This is a mid performance ball designed for medium to light oil conditions. This would not be a very strong ball if you compare it to all bowling balls like the high performance balls or upper mid performance balls or the balls designed for heavier oil conditions. But if you are wanting to know how much this hooks in medium to light oil conditions it does have a decent amount of hook in those conditions on the backend.

Question:
I have a Rotogrip Wreck Em. Compare this to Hustle AU please.
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Roto Grip Wreck Em has a slightly stronger hook potential but they would be very comparable. Both have a pearl coverstock with a polished finish to give you good length in medium to lighter oil conditions.

Question:
Please compare the AU with RAP and other Hustle balls.
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The differences between the Hustle bowling balls will come down to the coverstock mostly. There are some slight difference between all of the different Hustle balls to give some a little more length and some a little smoother reaction. Any that have a hybrid would read a little earlier than the pearl options and any with a solid cover would react a little earlier than the hybrids.

Question:
I’m a beginner and I am going to bowl with one handed and I was thinking getting the hustle ink but I like the hustle AU. Which one should I get?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
There is not a lot of difference between the two balls. They have the same weight block and finish but the only difference is the coverstock. The Hustle Ink has a solid coverstock which will help it have a smoother reaction on the backend while the Hustle Au has a pearl cover to give it a slightly more angular backend. Both work well in lighter oil conditions. Just comes down to personal preference.

Question:
Is it good for high friction
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This ball works well in lighter oil conditions so if you have a lot of friction or drier lanes this could work well to get down the lane before it reacts. However, if the lanes are very very dry then even this ball may be too strong and you may have to consider going to an entry performance ball or a urethane ball.
