Is this the same black tape that has been on shelves or is this something brand new? I have been using the black tape that comes on a roll but now cant find it.

It is hard to know if this is the exact same black tape that you had before because there are a lot of brands of tape available in black. If you are sure you had Turbo Driven To Bowl Fitting tape before then this should be the same.
