If you are wondering who the future stars of bowling will be, the 2012 Teen Masters Grand Championship might be a sneek preview of things to come on the tour. This year's field is a good one and it is now down to eight bowlers.  The Teen Masters is a tournament that showcases the nation's best high school bowlers and they have not disappointed.

Headlining would have to be the young Kamron Doyle who hails from Tennessee.  We say young because Doyle is only 14 years old and won't graduate from Brentwood High School until 2016.  Doyle who is a Junior Team USA member is the number one seed of the tournament and is the heavy favorite to come on top of the boys side of the ledger and will be a part of the sport of bowling for years to come.

On the girls side of things the favorite is Ashley Dunn who like Doyle is also young being just 15 years old.  Dunn isn't sure where she liked to attend college just yet and will graduate as a member of the Quartz Hill High School class of 2015 in Palmdale, California.  She says that she is planning on going into the field of computer science.

If the young Miss Dunn and Mr. Doyle do end up winning it will greatly aid their plans of attending college.  The winner of this year's Teen Masters tournament will be taking home a $64,000 “full ride” scholarship prize which will be awarded to the winners following completion of the tournament.  If you're looking for a little video preview we've got that too.
