Concrete Software, developers of the popular PBA Bowling Challenge game for mobile device users, has announced the release today of a new version for iPhone and iPad users in the iTunes App Store.

With more than five million installs and a 4.6 out of 5 star rating on Google Play since its release in January, PBA Bowling Challenge has been extremely well received by users of those mobile device platforms, and today’s release of the iOS platform opens the market to millions of additional users.

The “Official Game of the PBA” features actual tournaments, oil patterns, bowling balls and legendary PBA bowlers who are faithfully represented throughout the game’s extensive career mode.

"Playing PBA Bowling Challenge is like watching the PBA on TV; it’s very addictive,” said PBA Commissioner Tom Clark. “Updates to the game make it more and more like the real thing."

PBA Bowling Challenge will also take advantage of Apple’s Game Center to bring real-time online multiplayer capabilities to iPhone and iPad users.

“We’ve been excited to bring PBA Bowling Challenge to iOS for some time now,” said Keith Pichelman, CEO of Concrete Software. “We have a very active user community on Android and we’re looking forward to introducing iOS users a game that millions of fans already know and love.”
