Zen 25 Review
Just got my Zen 25. Too me it’s a ball I think you have to get used to, I’ve used it once for league and it wasn’t a great experience but much like my Phaze II which I did not like at first, once it’s broken in it’s all good from there. Great ball, just give it a little time.
Customer Questions & Answers | Reviews
Question:
how does this compare in "hook" terms with my sublime and also the brand new level bowling ball
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Zen 25 will be along the same hook potential of the Sublime as they are both high performance and designed from medium to heavy oil conditions. The Zen 25 may give you a little more length and a little sharper backend than the Sublime. The Storm Level is going to react much earlier on the lane for a smoother arcing hook but it is actually rated for more medium oil conditions and would not have as strong of a hook overall.

Question:
Currently bowl with a Phaze2 and Tour Dyam and I am looking to add a ball to my bag which would be a better fix a ion max or the new 900 Zen 25th?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Both the Phaze II and Tour Dynam-X are solid coverstocks with a duller finish out of the box so they will read earlier on the lanes for a smoother arcing hook. The Ion Max will be more similar in reaction to the ones you have and it is rated for heavy oil conditions so it could be a good option for first ball out of your bag. However, if you do not need a heavier oil option and instead need something for more length to give you a different read that what you currently have then the Zen 25 will be the better option.
