Hi Lefty, these shoes are for left or right hand bowlers and the soles & heels are interchangeable between both shoes.

It is hard to say based on true to size can vary depending on brand and the person, but we recommend ordering your normal shoe size and adding the True Fit Guarantee which would cover your exchange expenses to get the next size up or down in case the first size did not work out for you.
