Hello John! You get the soles and heels on the shoe, two extra slides, and one extra heel. These do not come with covers.

Hi Chris! These shoes in particular are a regular width which is a D width. The wide width options are a EE width. If you are needing a wide width shoe, please purchase the one that has "wide width" in the title of the shoe.

Normally if you wear a womens 8.5 you would want to go with a mens 6.5 but the 7s should work out just fine. If not, you can always exchange them.

Where can I get replacment souls

Currently the replacement pads would have to be the KR Strikeforce replacements. There are not any Hammer branded replacement pads at this time but the Hammer shoes are compatible with the KR Strikeforce shoes and the KR pads work on both models.
