Rather than changing the entire sole or heel of this shoe, Linds has included their VHS II technology. This technology allows the bowler to remove cleats rather than remove the entire sole or heel.

They run pretty true to size. I do not see any customer reviews on here that say they run large.

Hello. Unfortunately, these are the only colors that it is available in. This is also a closeout item so they are no longer being manufactured.
