What does shipping cost for 8 lb kids character - princess or Elsa Frozen or 6 lb Minnie Mouse ball? Do you have a minecraft ball?

We have free shipping on orders shipping in the United States ( except for Alaska and Hawaii ). We do not have the Frozen or Minecraft balls here unfortunately at this time.
