Answer:
These are sold individually so the price is for one insert. The reason it says power lift and oval is because on one side of the insert it has the power lift edge and on the other side of the insert is has just an oval shape. So depending on how you want the grip you can flip the insert around so that the side you want is at the top.

I need to k ow what size grip sizes I need I have a 3 and a 23 for my fingers

Answer:
The 23 size should be the 23/32. However, I am not sure if the size 3 is referring to a size 3/4 or if this would be a size 21/32. Vise lists the sizes 2 ways on their site but we just list the fraction size on our site.
