Customer Questions & Answers | Reviews
Question:
How do I size these?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The easiest way would be to check you local proshop. They can find the best size that would be comfortable to you. The sizes would be the diameter of the hole so you could check the width of your finger to get an idea. Remember that you fingers may swell a little during bowling so you do not want the fit to be too tight.

Question:
What size would a #25 and a #3 be?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
If the number you are looking at is the first number of the size then 25 is 25/32 and 3 is 3/4. However, Vise also numbers their inserts so the #3 insert on the Vise chart is actually 21/32 and the #7 is 25/32.
