900Global does not advertise that this bag will hold two pairs shoes, but it does have a large shoe compartment. I would say that it would depend on the size of shoes you are trying to fit in the compartment.

Yes, there is one full length accessory pocket on the opposite side that is not pictured so there are pockets on both sides of the bag.

Yes there is there is actually two handles on the bottom, a hard plastic one and a fabric one same as on the top to help lift into trunk. This is the best bag I have had, buy it you won't regret it.
