It is hard to say based on true to size can vary depending on brand and the person, but we recommend ordering your normal shoe size and adding the True Fit Guarantee which would cover your exchange expenses to get the next size up or down in case the first size did not work out for you.

Typically a men size is 1.5 to 2 sizes different. So a women 10.5 would be closer to a mens 8.5 or 9. This shoe is also designed to work for both right or left handed bowlers because the soles can be changed to fit either shoe.
