On a different site a customer said that their wasn’t enough slide on her left heel and she stuck every time she threw the ball. Have anyone complained of that happening?

What is the “black ice” area? Does that mean it’s extra slippery in that spot?

The "black ice" area on the sole is made from the material that Dexter considers their best slide material. Most of the standard shoe soles have the S8 sole which gives a standard amount of slide. The Black Ice sole is considered an S12 sole and gives much more slide than the S8 part of the shoe.
