Roto Grip Tour Dynam-X
From the very beginning, Roto Grip's aim was clear for the Tour Dynam-X: to design and produce a cutting-edge bowling ball that revolutionizes performance with a fresh and focused approach. Responding to the requests of top-level tour players and skilled bowlers worldwide, they set out to create a ball that offers exceptional control, unwavering continuation, and minimal deviation, enabling them to conquer even the most challenging and reactive lane conditions. Roto Grip heeded their feedback and embarked on an intensive journey to develop the ultimate "TOUR PLAYER" ball. After numerous trials and a learning process filled with valuable mistakes, they successfully engineered a bowling ball that delivers optimal control and seamless continuation for every bowler, regardless of their rev rate. Their approach began by lowering the RG (Radius of Gyration) to initiate early core motion. This crucial adjustment resulted in the ball staying on its intended path for an extended period, reducing the typical directional change associated with high-performance balls. As if that weren't impressive enough, they also incorporated a mild asymmetry aspect into the design. This addition further enhances the ball's ability to maintain its trajectory while generating enhanced power as it drives through the pin deck, all while minimizing overall deflection. In summary, Roto Grip's relentless pursuit of excellence led them to create a game-changing bowling ball that fulfills the demands of tour-level players and skilled bowlers around the world. Its unrivaled control, seamless continuation, and extended precision on the lane make it the ultimate choice for those seeking an unparalleled bowling experience.

Question:
I toss the Summit Zen and Zen Gold label . Will this ball be a good compliment ?

Question:
Is this a good fit between Infinite and Cosmos?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Dynam-x would actually fit below the Cosmos in terms of overall hook potential. It is more designed for medium oil conditions and it has a milder hook potential to help it be more controllable and easy to read. Typically it is harder to transition from a pearl ball that reads really late like the Cosmos down to a duller finished ball that wants to read earlier so I am not sure how you may like that type of transition but the Dynam-x is less aggressive than the Cosmos to make it a smoother and more controllable ball in medium oil.

Question:
How will this ball compare to the Global Xponent?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Dynam-x is actually designed to be a little more controllable and read earlier than the Xponent. They both work well in medium conditions but while the Xponent gives a more traditional feel with decent length the Dynam-x is designed to tame some of the hook potential so it is a very smooth reaction.

Question:
How would it fit with the RST X-3 and the Hyped Solid
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
This ball would fit between the RST X-3 and the Hyped Solid in hook potential and for the lane conditions. This reacts earlier on the lanes compared to the RST X-3 but the weight block is weaker to make this ball be more suited for medium oil conditions. However, this ball would have a stronger reaction than the Hyped Solid so you could have the Dynam-X for medium and use the Hyped Solid for lighter oil.

Question:
How would this fit with the DV8 trouble maker pearl for a 2 handed bowler?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Both balls are designed to work in medium oil conditions but the key difference is that the Dynam X is a solid coverstock with a duller finish so it will read earlier on the lanes with an arcing hook while the Trouble Maker Pearl had the pearl coverstock that is polished to read later on the lanes with a sharper backend hook. Since they are both for medium conditions you would likely want to use one or the other on a given night depending on which one gives you the best line on that given night. If a lot of the bowlers are throwing solids you may want to use the Trouble Maker to play outside and get your own line or if a lot of people are using pearls you may want to use the Dynam X to play more inside.
