Storm Marvel Pearl
Storm has re-released the popular Marvel Pearl bowling ball. This ball originated in 2011 and has been a hit on the lanes ever since. Storm created this ball and is re-releasing it because they were looking for a ball that offered a strong move to the pocket. The Centripetal Core used in this ball was designed for players that need low, stable spin with forgiveness, the extremely low center of gravity allows this. The core also features cascading channels that help maximize mid-lane control and produces a easier direction change down lane. The R2X Pearl coverstock creates a midlane reaction that suites various bowler's styles. This is a go to ball that won't let you down.

How is this in comparison to Storm Intense

Question:
Is it a good hook ball
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
The Marvel Pearl is not the most aggressive hooking ball Storm makes, but it does have a good bit of hook. It has more length then what you would get out of a ball made just to hook. Check out the videos to see it in action.

Question:
I have trouble when there's a lot of oil on the lane i bowl 160 and under, but when its "dry" i bowl between 180-220 would this ball be good for oily conditions?

Question:
Would this ball be good for a low rev\low speed player?
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Yes, this should work well if you needed a good ball for medium to heavy oil. The polished finish and pearl coverstock give this ball good length which matches well with your lower ball speed and the hook rating is pretty strong so even though you have lower revs, it will still give a decent hook potential on the backed.

Question:
Is there any difference between storm lights out and the marvel pearl
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
Yes, there are a few key differences between the two bowling balls. The Marvel Pearl has an R2X Pearl cover and the Lights Out has a R2S Hybrid. The R2X cover is stronger than the R2S cover and also the Marvel has a stronger weight block so the Marvel would be strong enough for Medium to Heavy Oil while the Lights Out was more suited for medium oil and some lighter oil conditions.

Question:
How does this compare to my Storm X Factor Trifecta? Looking for a ball that has a hook further down the lane.
Have an answer to this question?
Answer:
There will be a difference between the two. If you are looking for a ball that hooks further down the lane, you will want to go with a Pearl ball. The Storm X Factor Trifecta is a solid and will break way sooner than a pearl would.

My ball speed is between 12.5- 13 with med revs looking for a ball that goes long on med oil and reacts but not over reacts because of slower speed. Would this be a good choice.
Have an answer to this question?

This ball works best for medium-heavy oil lane conditions. This would be an excellent choice. It sounds like you would need a Pearl ball for your speed and revs.
